Shipping policy

**Made to order**
Every piece is stitched to order in Kent, so please allow time for making before dispatch:
- Most pieces: dispatched within 3–5 working days.
- Pre-order pieces: dispatched within 2–3 weeks (shown on the product page).

**UK delivery**
- Standard: £3.99, or free on orders over £50.
- Next Day: £5.99, delivered the next working day after your order is dispatched.

**International delivery**
- EU: £14.99
- Rest of the world (including the US, Canada and Australia): £23.99

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.

**Christmas**
To arrive in time for Christmas, please order by 10 December, or by 19 November for pre-order pieces.
